I have been involved in real estate for since 1990 and have a lot of experience with brokers, buyers and sellers. To Jennifer’s credit, not one aspect of my purchase went off the tracks which is pretty unusual. The lender suggested that it would take 45 days to close a condo, especially around the two holidays. Jennifer suggested writing the contract for 30 and it forced the lender to expidite the file and we closed right on day 30. With regards to the property condition, being a 40 year old condo, every aspect of the condition was properly represented. Made it easier was the fact that her sellers listened to her every word and were easy to work with. In short, a pleasurable experience all around. Jennifer is a real pro.
